  I have been fortunate enough to work with Brent as both a buyer and a seller, over the years, and he continues to exceed expectations. His market knowledge is sharp, and projections accurate. He is a thorough and pragmatic communicator who approaches the process with integrity and genuine respect for all parties. Without hesitation, I can say that Brent strikes the balance between "master negotiator" and "compassionate advocate" making the buying or selling process as angst-free and seamless as possible, whilst achieving the very best result.

  After speaking with a number of agents we engaged PRD (Joe Taylor) to sell our property at Kingscliff. Joe achieved a fabulous sales result for us and was outstanding, from initial enquiry to settlement of property. As interstate owners we were unable to cross the border, and the work Joe did for us to ready the property (pre and post sale) was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and Joe went above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. We found Joe to be super responsive, highly proactive in his communication with us, and very easy to work with. If we could rate Joe 10/5 we would do so.

  Brent Jones - A Pleasure for the Journey
  I chose PRD Kingscliff given that as a resident of the past 16 years; their reputation within the area is second to none and they are known for being realistic and straight forward without the approach of just inflating what you want to hear!
  
  Brent JONES, is part of that and is regarded highly within the local community.
  
  I did explore alternatives BUT so many agencies operate to a formula with little ability to accommodate the individual, their needs and idiosyncrasies.
  
  Given the advent of Covid-19 I was interested in a process which was both flexible and accommodating. Brent offered that and always delivered.
  His knowledge of the Local Market was spot-on.
  
  As I say, Brent was prepared to accept input from me and develop a strategy and timeline based on both my needs and ideas; but brought much experience to the process.
  
  He was very professional throughout the journey, with great respect for my time and property.
  
  In effect once we arrived at the negotiations phase of the sales process he achieved a sales price which was above my expectation.
  
  He was terrific in all aspects from beginning to END given continuous communication and I now would regard him as someone special who has been part of my journey of this segment of life.

  I rent through PRD Kingscliff and my experience with Danella and Ruby As the property team has been nothing short of exceptional. My experience talking on the phone with Ruby is always friendly, bubbly, polite and professional, and she is very efficient in responding to my emails and requests by directing me to the appropriate person/s promptly. Danella is my property manager and I have known her in a rental capacity for over 6years. Danella is always friendly, approachable and very efficient from my point of view in her role. If I ever have any questions, Danella always responds quickly, even if I leave a message with Ruby, Danella responds very promptly in my experience. I wanted to thank Danella and Ruby personally for their professionalism and care, I would always use PRD Kingscliff because of you both.

  As an investment property owner, I would like to warn my peers, to be selective when you choose your property manager.
  
  I applied for a fresh rental property, offered over 5% above the asking price and the agency says the owner has approved an applicant days ago and they will not present any other offers to the owner. As an owner, I know that 5% matters and I would not approve an applicant days before the ad went up. Too many cowboys still in this industry...

  Having been renter, a landlord, a purchaser and a seller of properties over the years I can say that Tweed Coast Real Estate Cabarita Beach are easily the best real estate I've had the pleasure to deal with. From the small town friendliness and charm shown by Amanda from the time you walk in the door to the utmost professionalism and ethics shown by Mark Howlett who not only sold us a house but sold us the entire Cabarita Beach lifestyle to the great care and diligence shown by Shari who managed our property for nearly a year before we were able to move in ourselves.
